Prototypes
All games are more or less unique and it is difficult to give an exact delivery time for a prototype.
Expect 1-3 weeks after you deliver approved files.
It may take longer or shorter depending on the components and what needs to be printed.
If you have special components that are not included in our standard range, additional time will be added.
Components
When you order components that do not need to be printed, it usually takes 1-2 working days for us to pack them. Then it takes 1-3 working days to reach you by post.
Larger and smaller editions
For larger orders where you order several prototypes or more games, the time for completing your order increases.

For words 1-50 games, we try to complete it within a month. If the number is over 100 games, we try to stay within three months.
​
All times are approximate and may vary due to various circumstances such as the number of incoming orders, the manufacturing complexity of the game, holidays and more.
​
Of course, we always work as hard as we can so that your games are as good as possible and get to you as quickly as possible.
Deliveries
Most of our deliveries are made with Postnord or DHL. We always send trackable so that your package doesn't get lost. We charge a fixed shipping fee of SEK 65.

For larger orders with several prototypes and editions, shipping is calculated separately.

Right of withdrawal and returns
If at any time you are not satisfied, want to change your goods, then contact us at info@gameprototyper.com and we will solve it. As a rule, you are responsible for the costs of sending the goods back to us.

In the case of materials, open purchase applies in 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to printed material. But contact us regardless, so we can sort it out in the best way.

Privacy policies
Online store and customer register
The webshop is connected to ecwid. When you shop via Game Prototyper's online store, you provide information required for delivery of your item (name, postal address, telephone number and email address for letter notification).
This information is also used to generate an invoice that acts as a receipt for your purchases. This information is saved over time to be used in Game Prototyper's accounting work in accordance with applicable laws.
Game Prototyper also establishes a supplier and customer register where the above information may appear.

All financial transactions that take place via the online store are encrypted and secure according to industry standards and are handled entirely by ecwid.
Contact form and Mail
Game Prototyper's website has a contact form that you as a visitor can use to get in touch with us. This works like an email service and personal data and information that comes to us that way is not used in a marketing context.
Cookies
If you have an account and log in to this website, we will create a temporary cookie file to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie file does not contain any personally identifiable information and disappears when you close your browser.
